Donors who have joined the GDS shall be entitled to stay in the guest house rooms as per the schemes applicable to them as under
Scheme Amount in Rs. Duration No of days of stay
Platinum 15,00,000 15 years 16 days in a year
Diamond 5,00,000 15 years 10 days in a year
Gold 1,00,000 10 years 7 days in a year
Silver 50,000 10 years 3 days in a year

Terms and conditions applicable to Donors for the Guruvayur Darshan Scheme

  1. Accommodation in all rooms is for 2 persons. However 1 (one) additional person or 2 children shall be allowed to stay free of charge.
  2. Clear 30 days notice is to be given for reservation to enable comfortable accommodation. It will be advantageous to plan the dates well in advance so as to obtain the preferable dates. However, walk-in guests under this scheme shall be accommodated if rooms are available.
  3. Check-in and Check-out time shall be 3PM.
  4. On receipt of the donor’s request, an intimation card will be sent to them. This confirmation card along with a photocopy of the donors valid identity proof should be brought at the Check-in-time.
  5. Donors can nominate their relatives or friends to utilise his facility on their behalf by giving an authorisation letter which should be produced by the nominee/friend/relative along with a photocopy of the donor’s valid identity proof.
  6. The date and time of visit should be clearly mentioned while sending the request.
  7. In case there are bookings for the same dates, the allotment will be given on first-come-first basis, which will be communicated to the donor.
  8. Bills must be settled on presentation by cash. Cheques will not be accepted.
  9. The bookings are open only from January 1st 2025.
  10. Under scheme ‘platinum’, ‘Diamond’.’Gold’,’Silver’ donors can opt to split the number of days to be availed as per their convenience during the calendar year.
  11. Cancellation of booking shall have to be intimated 2 days in advance. However, non occupation of rooms, without cancellation, shall be treated as availing of them in counting the number of days occupied.
  12. Donors or relatives or friends shall use all the services and facilities with utmost care and shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to the guest house property, if any, during their occupation.
  13. Donors shall utilise the number of days entitled by them in the calendar year itself and it will not be carry forwarded to the next year.
  14. Nothing shall constitute or create any tenancy or ownership right in respect of the room to the donor or his nominee under any circumstances.
  15. Donor members are requested to abide by the acts and laws and the government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
  16. Guests are prohibited from bringing and storing in the room any combustible, prohibited or hazardous goods.
  17. An amount of Rs. 600/-per day will be charged extra towards maintenance.
  18. The management will, in no way, be responsible for any loss/damages to the belongings of the guests by any cause whatsoever.
  19. The management reserves the right of admission to any person in the guest house.
