With the blessings and directions of the Revered Acharyas of the Kanchi & Sringeri Mutts. The Guruvayur Brahmana Samooham proposes to build and dedicate to the temple town a grand convention centre and marriage hall-‘Sree Sankara Santhi Nilayam’.
The infrastructure planned envisages a grand and well-designed facility for conducting of marriages, conventions and events on a large scale and will have the capacity to welcome over 1000 guests, including modern, well-equipped facilities for cooking and dining that will accommodate about 500 guests in one serving cycle.
As a Convention Centre it will be equipped with all modern audio-visual technologies and facilities to handle business conventions of star standards.
As a Community Centre it will be a confluence facility for members of the Guruvayur Brahmana Samooham and their families to meet and greet over weekend activities, and also be a recreation centre that offers members the facility for sports and games like Shuttle, Carrom, Chess, Table Tennis etc.
The facility will also have a boarding of 23 well- appointed rooms that will accommodate the stay of 60 guests at the complex itself.
To bless the efforts of the Guruvayur Brahmana Samooham, and help to establish a befitting infrastructure for marriages and events at the ever popular and revered temple town of Guruvayur. We seek the support of ardent devotees of Lord Sree Krishna and Philanthropists who actively support community infrastructure building to contribute generously to the cause and help us dedicate a worthy facility for all visiting and resident families of Guruvayur.
For those visiting Guruvayur regularly and for locals who wish to utilize the facility to welcome their guests to the temple town can convert their contributions to time shares in blocks of 16 days, 10 days, 7 days or 3 days per year thereby ensuring that they avail the allotted days based on their time share blocks through the year.
The Guruvayur Brahmana Samooham has secured the land for this project through its long standing and salient efforts for this project. Hence what remains to be secured is the cost of Construction, Interiors, furnishing and adding trending technologies to the facility. The envisaged total cost of the project is estimated at 20 Crores which needs to be collected as contributions from members and devotees.

2. Accommodation in all rooms is for 2 persons. However, 1(One) additional person or 2 children shall be allowed to stay free of charge.
3. 30 calender days notice is to be given for reservation to enable comfortable accommodation. It will be advantageous to plan the dates well in advance so as to obtain the preferable dates. However, walk-in guests under this scheme shall be accommodated if rooms are available.
4. Check-in and check-out time will be 3 PM
5. On receipt of the donor’s request, an intimation card will be sent to them. This confirmation card along with a photocopy of the donor’s valid identity proof should be brought at the Check-in time.
6. Donors can nominate their relatives or friends to utilise the facility on their behalf by giving an authorisation letter which should be produced by the nominee/friend/relative along with a photocopy of the donor’s valid identity proof.
7. The date and time of the visit should be clearly mentioned while sending the request.
8. In case there is a booking for the same dates, the allotment will be given on first-come-first basis, which will be communicated to the donor.
9. Bills must be settled on presentation by Cash / UPI payment formats only. Cheques will not be accepted.
10. Beneficiaries can book accommodation on completion of 1 year from the date of their contributions being confirmed and issue of Donor Card. However, until the completion of the Sankara Santhi Niliyam Complex accommodation will be provided at Sri Sankara Nilayam Guest House, East Nada, Guruvayur.
11. Under the scheme ‘Platinum’, ‘Diamond’, ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’ donors can opt to split the number of days to be availed as per their convenience during the calendar year.
12. Cancellation of booking shall be initiated 2 days in advance. However, non-occupation of rooms, without cancellation, shall be treated as availing of them in counting the number of days occupied.
13. Donors or relatives or friends shall use all the services and facilities with utmost care and shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to the guest house property, if any, during their occupation.
14. Donors shall utilise the number of days entitled by them in the calendar year itself and it will not be carried-forwarded to the next year.
15. Nothing shall constitute or create any tenancy or ownership right in respect of the room to the donor or his nominee under any circumstances.
16. Donor members are requested to abide by the acts, laws and the government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
17. Guests are prohibited from bringing and storing in the room any combustible, prohibited or hazardous goods.
18. An amount of 600/- per day will be charged extra towards maintenance.
19. The management will, in no way, be responsible for any loss/damage to the belongings of the guests by any cause whatsoever.
20. The management reserves the right of admission to any person in the guest house.
